Met Before is a personal people catalog application that allows users to capture and organize information about people they meet, including photos, names, contact details, notes, and encounter context. The Service includes AI-assisted features for transcription and data extraction.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address and secure password.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

AI-assisted features (such as transcription and data extraction) are provided as convenience tools and may not always produce accurate results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Met Before shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
